On the way to
the Congressional Fire Service Caucus, David Jacobowitz (Whitesboro FD),
John Montrose (New York Mills FD) and Brian McQueen (Whitesboro FD) stopped
to pay their respects to fallen brother firefighter and past State Fire
Instructor Mike Sowich at the National Fallen Firefighters Monument in
Emmitsburg, Maryland. These pictures (taken by Brian McQueen) are of
the brick bought for Mike by the class of May 2-4, 2007 and placed in the
Walk of Honor at the monument.
